Jennifer started Moroney Law Group, PLLC, with the intention of doing law a different way, or perhaps the old way, where law was more personable, and it was about the client and service to the client.

Jennifer takes the title Counselor-at-Law seriously. Although the work involves document exchanges, it is not just a transaction. It is about guiding clients and educating them on the areas of the law they need help in whether that is with their Business or their Estate Plan. It is about partnering with her clients to help them achieve their goals.

Having begun her legal career in litigation, Jennifer focuses her practice on helping clients stay out of the court room by protecting their businesses and planning their longterm asset protection and legacy plans through Estate Planning. Although, the goal is to stay out of the court room, Jennifer does include litigation in her practice in cases where staying out of the courtroom is not an option.

Jennifer received a B.A. in Psychology from Miami University and J.D. from The University of Georgia School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
