Depending on the need of the business or individual or family, whether it is helping them prepare for a transition or taking them through a transition, we approach it with the overall goal of reducing risk, planning for growth and adding value. We look at short-term and long-term goals and create packages or plans that achieve those.

With the plans and packages, we bill in flat fees, whether that is a flat fee for the entire project or a monthly reoccurring fee for fractional general counsel services.
